| Description: | When running a manual sync for Ajera and CRM, users are receiving the following error:
Synchronize with CRM
Company XXXXXXXX : Sync Failure (See attached file for sample error message)
If users go to Setup > Company > Preferences > Integration tab and click the Test CRM Settings button, the user gets a login failed error.
