Manual Ajera CRM Sync is not working in Ajera
Description:
When running a manual sync for Ajera and CRM, users are receiving the following error:  
Synchronize with CRM
Company XXXXXXXX : Sync Failure  (See attached file for sample error message)
If users go to Setup > Company > Preferences > Integration tab and click the Test CRM Settings button, the user gets a login failed error.
Resolution:
  • Make sure that the Server URL for CRM is accessible, if users are not on Ajera Cloud, this URL must be accessible by the Ajera server.
  • Make sure that the username account (i.e. ADMIN) entered in Integration is working, users may test the account by logging in to the actual CRM client application.
  • Re-enter the password then click Test CRM Settings again.
  • There may be a confirmation message, but if no error message comes up, that means that the connection is successful.
  • Go back to Setup > Utility > Synchronize with CRM and confirm that sync is working.
