Where are benefit accrual codes setup for employees?

Resolution:  

  1. Go to Configuration > Accounting > Time Analysis > Benefit Accrual Setup tab.
  2. Insert the different Absence Accrual Codes needed to be available to your employees. Use Online Help to find descriptions of each field. 
  3. Click Save.
  4. Once Step # 3 has been completed, go to the Employee Info Center and open an employee record.
  5. Go to the Accounting tab and insert those benefit codes that apply to this employee. 
  6. Complete the row. Click Save.

Note:  Accrual Schedules can be setup in Configuration > Accounting > Accrual Schedule, if needed.
