Description:
The Billing extension in Interactive Billing is not correct after a transfer to change the labor category. 

Resolution: 

Make sure the employee is not entered as an Employee Override on another Labor Category in the Billing Labor Category Rate table. 

  1. Go to Billing > Billing Rate Tables > Labor Categories.
  2. Select the Billing Labor Category table.
  3. Check each Category, Employee Override in Category grid, to make sure the employee is not entered.
