| Description: | When closing projects in Ajera, the projects remain active in Deltek Vantagepoint CRM after the sync. Should that field be updated with the sync process?
Resolution: When closing a project in Ajera, it automatically unmarks the checkbox Sync to CRM in project. This was done for timing purposes so the application isn't trying to sync closed projects all the time. To map a closed project in Ajera to Deltek Vantagepoint, reselect the Sync to CRM checkbox. Then, click Synchronize with CRM, and select the checkbox Sync closed projects. After sync, closed project in Ajera is mapped to Deltek Vantagepoint as Inactive status.
