Summary:
Active alerts are not working
Description:
Test email in the Alert Email Settings tab as well from the Alert Designer works fine but the automatic Ajera alerts are not sending.

Resolution: 

  1. Make sure that alerts are set to Active.
  2. On the Ajera Server, make sure that Ajera Service is pointing to the correct Ajera install path and there is no error in the server Event logs.
  3. Check the antivirus logs for any error (i.e. Blocked by port blocking rule).
  4. Add C:\Ajera\AjeraService.exe to the Antivirus exceptions list.
