Resolution:
Before considering upgrading the version of Sage 200, please always check the details in this article to ensure that the version of PIM being used is compatible with the relevant version of Sage 200.  Upgrading the version of Sage 200 to an incompatible version of PIM, will result in the integration between the two systems to fail.
