Cannot see some Actual Hours in Project Plan
Description:
One user is unable to see the Actual Hours in the project plan. Actual hours from the first week of March until the present are not showing. Although other users can see the actual hours.

Cause: 

ETC\JTD Basis setting for the plan is set to a specific date (in this case 03/01/05), so it's not showing Actual Hours past that date. 

Note:  This setting is user specific.

Resolution:

  1. Go to Project Planning  
  2. Retrieve the plan  
  3. Then go to Options  
  4. Select ETC/JTD Basis.  
  5. Set it to Today's Date so user can always see actual hours up to the current date.
