How to enable Touch Expense and Upload Attachments for Ajera Cloud users

Resolution: 

By default, Touch Expense and Upload Attachments is not enabled in the Ajera Cloud. To enable these features:  

  1. Go to Company > Preferences 
  2. Under the General tab, check Request Upload Attachments and/or Request Mobile Expenses 
  3. Click Save 
  4. A pop-up appears stating that the process will take 6 hours. (See attached file for sample message)
    • Once done, the other boxes will be automatically checked.
    • The Mobile Expense URL will be populated.
    • This is the URL needed on the Deltek Touch Expense for Ajera App.
