Labor Code
Can be looked at as the lowest level of the Project.
The employee works using a labor code, and the rates are associated with labor codes so one employee can be billed at many different rates, depending on what service is provided. Labor Codes are a one to many relationship.
Labor Category
Is a one to one relationship between the person, the category and the rate.
Labor Category is used to determine an Employee's default category billing rate.
The person is assigned to a category and the category is assigned a rate.
