Give Project Command Center access to specific projects to non project manager

A user is not a project manager for a specific project, but needs access to the project in the Project Command Center.

Resolution: 

The billing manager is an additional field within the project to give a user access to the project. Anyone can be assigned as the Billing Manager. 

1. In the Project Command Center 
2. Select the project.
3. Go to the Invoice tab.
   • If project has multiple invoice groups, you will need to select an invoice group to access the Invoice tab.
4. Select the employee in the Billing Manager field.
