Description:

When launching Ajera tasks, users are receiving the following error: 

Application download did not succeed 

The error details includes the following:  

  • The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. 
  • The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. 

When accessing the Ajera site, receive a message from Internet Explorer stating that there is a problem with the website’s security certificate. 

Resolution: 

  • View the details of the certificate error.
    • This usually occurs when the SSL certificate tied to the Ajera site has expired. 
  • Contact your SSL certificate provider to renew or fix the certificate issue.
