Description:
How to give an employee access to everyone's time sheets and expense reports

Resolution:

  1. Setup > Employees.  
  2. Edit the employee you want to give access.  
  3. In the Manager Type section, check Accounting Manager.  
  4. Save.  
  5. Have the employee log out and log back in. 

Note: The accounting manager checkbox only gives access to all time sheets, expense reports, and tasks. It does not give access to financial information.
