Resolution: 

The following Internet web browsers are compatible with Ajera 8 or higher: 

  • Internet Explorer 10 or higher: You may need to turn Compatibility View on or off and add your Ajera login page to trusted sites.
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Microsoft Edge Chromium version

Note: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are not supported. 

For Ajera 7: Only Internet Explorer is the compatible web browser.
