How to delete the 2.0 folder
Description:
There is a need to delete the 2.0 folder on a user's workstation to force a refresh of the locally stored Ajera files. This is a common solution for many workstation-specific error messages.

Resolution:

  1. Log out of Ajera.
  2. Navigate to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Apps.
    • %username% represents the Windows User Profile folder.   
  3. Delete the whole 2.0 folder. 
  4. Log back into Ajera.
  5. When you open a task in Ajera the program will prompt to Run to re-download this folder. Click Run.

Note:  If you do not see the AppData folder, you need to turn on Show Hidden Files in the Folder Options because it is a Hidden folder.
