Download the attached BUAjera.txt file. Note: Do not store this file in the root Ajera installation directory. Either save it outside of the Ajera folder or in Ajera\Backups. Otherwise it will be deleted on the next Ajera update.
Edit the file.
Make sure the file paths called out are correct.
If the user has multiple databases (ajera_2, ajera_3, etc.), the user can copy and paste the rows to add more databases to be backed up if necessary.
Change the file extension to .bat.
Double click and run the file.
Check to make sure it put a backup file in the specified location.
Go to Windows Task Scheduler.
Schedule the bat file to run as often as wished.
Now Ajera will automatically be backed up every time the task is run and the last 7 backups will be saved.
New rows can be added to the file if the user wants to keep more than 7 rolling backups
