Resetting employee passwords
|
| Description: | An Ajera user has forgotten their password and it needs to be reset. Resolution: An Ajera Administrator or any user with access to Setup > Employees can reset employee passwords.
Note: If you are on Ajera version 8.10.00 or later, when the user logs in with the reset password, it will prompt them to set a new password. If you are the Administrator on the account and you do not know your log in and password to get into Ajera to make the changes above, do the following: Option #1:
