An Ajera user has forgotten their password and it needs to be reset.

Resolution:

An Ajera Administrator or any user with access to Setup > Employees can reset employee passwords.

  • Edit the employee record and change the password to a temporary password.
  • The employees passwords on the employee record will display as several *** but you can just highlight and type the new password right over the top of the old one.

Note: If you are on Ajera version 8.10.00 or later, when the user logs in with the reset password, it will prompt them to set a new password.

If you are the Administrator on the account and you do not know your log in and password to get into Ajera to make the changes above, do the following:

Option #2:  If you do not know your master password please do the following:

  1. On your server where Ajera is installed go to Start > All Programs > Ajera > Ajera Server Administration
  2. Select Tasks > Change Master Password
  3. Enter the new Master Password/ Re-enter the new Master Password.
