Resolution: 

Use one of the following reports:

• The Project Earnings Report is available from  Reports > Project > Project Earnings.
  This report provides Contract Item Earnings Summary and Project Detail Reports. Double-click the project and drill down to see the phase detail. Similarly, double-click the phase to see T&E detail.
• The Project Executive Summary available from Report > Project > Executive Summary. The Executive Summary is sorted by project, profit is billed shows Contract / Spent (Billed) / Remaining / Percent. This report provides a great summary of project status. In addition, drill down to phase level and show view a graph.
• The Project Profit Report is available from Reports > Project > Project Profit.
• 1. Click Customize in the upper right corner.
  2. Change the Profit Basis Spent to Billed.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Double-click to see phase level detail.
  5. Change the period to All.
  6. Double-click the phase to see actual T&E detail.
