Error - "The given key was not present in the dictionary" opening Project Planning

When attempting to go into Planning, and click on Project Planning, immediately get the following error:

Cause:
There is overlap in Planning, Accounting Calendar periods.

Resolution:

1. Log into Vision
2. Go to Configuration > Planning > Accounting Calendar
3. Look for any overlaps in the dates or delete all intervals and recreate the calendar periods
4. Save the changes
5. Open Project Planning and pull up a plan
