Can the Timesheet Due alert be setup with more than one Due Date? 

Resolution:  

There should be ONLY one Due Date checked in each timesheet Alert Rule. 

  1. Go to Configuration > General > Company Alerts.
  2. Select Folders = Time
  3. Click on the Options for Timesheet Due.
  4. Verify that only one check box for Due Date Options is checked for each Alert Rule.
  5. If there are more than one Due Dates selected, uncheck the boxes so that only one is checked.  Then create a new Alert Rule for the other Due Date options. Also, do not use special characters in the Alert Rule Name.
  6. If any changes were done to alerts, have IT stop and restart the IIS server (skip this step if database is in the Deltek Cloud)
