When should the 1099 Initialization utility be run?

Resolution:

The 1099 Initialization utility should be run only after all Accounts Payable payment processing and AP Disbursements have been completed and posted for the current 1099 year, but before processing payments or disbursements for the new 1099 year.

Note: The running of the 1099 initialization is not period specific. When running the Utility, be aware of the Most recent 1099 initialization run date field, so it is not accidentally run twice.
