In Vision Reporting > Planning, the report that will give the requested parameters is the Labor Resource Forecast report. In the Report Options > General Tab, the format would need to be selected as hours and then select the appropriate period scale and range to also include the start date from which the range will start. It will need to be determined if the report will only include Mapped Plans and plans that are checked to be included in Utilization and Project Reports.

On the Options Tab, select the Include Budgeted Employees option and then open the magnifying glass to select the specific employee name.

By selecting a specific employee, the report will show all the planned hours within the period range selected for only the employee defined in the Include Budgeted Employees selection.
