How do I clear and re-install the Vision 6.x and 7.x Click Once (Smart Client) files installed to a workstation or server?

Resolution: 

  1. Delete the 2.0 folder located in the following folder:
    • Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Apps\ 
    • Window 7 and higher - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Apps
  2. When Vision is restarted, it will automatically re-download a new set of Click Once (Smart Client) files, creating a new 2.0 folder on the local machine.
