Description:

Resolution: 

Create a Billing Group and assigned all projects to be invoiced to the Billing Group.   

  1. In Billing > Billing Groups click on New to create a New Billing group.
  2. Click Insert in the Sub Projects grid to add projects to the group. Note the Main Project will be automatically added.
  3. Decide if using Separate terms for each project is appropriate. Also, consider Consolidate on the invoice.
  4. In Billing > Interactive Billing, search the Main Project of the billing group and Preview the invoice.
