Unbilled Detail & Aging report does not match the Unbilled Summary report

Resolution:

The reports are not being run with the same options. One report is being run with the Use as Project Reporting Default Terms option selected.

Use as Project Reporting Default Terms

If you select this option, Vision uses Reporting Default Terms to determine rates.  The rates in the report are based on what is set in the Reporting Default Terms under Configuration > Billing > Reporting Default Terms.

Vision determines Reporting Default Terms in this sequence:

1. Vision checks the project billing terms entered in the Labor and Exp/Con/Unit tabs of the Billing Terms form.  
2. If no terms are entered in the Labor or Exp/Con/Unit tabs, Vision uses Reporting Default Terms to determine rates.
