What is the difference between doing a Timesheet Transaction Entry Adjustment and a Labor Adjustment?

Resolution:

  • Labor Adjustment requires the user to fill in the Cost (Reg.) Amount and the Billing Amount along with the hours. Typically, a Labor Adjustment is used to modify an original timesheet posting. 
  • A Timesheet Entry Transaction does not require the user to enter the cost and billing amounts. The Timesheet transaction auto-calculates the amount based on the Job Cost Rate in the Employee Info Center.
