Who Can Manage Your Contacts
A Support Contact Manager (SCM) at the organization is responsible for adding new support contacts and editing existing contacts. They are also responsible for granting access for the following functions; access to the Deltek Support Center, add additional support contact managers, access to download corrections, ability to contact support, and remove contacts. The Manage Company Contacts on the site allows them to add or edit these contacts.
How to Manage Your Contacts
Please go to Administer > Manage Company Contacts on the Deltek Support Center Home page, next to Connect or from the Menu and select Manage Company Contacts under Administer. Note: If you are not a Support Contact Manager (SCM), this option will not be available.
Anyone on your list with a "Yes" beside "Authorized Support Contact" and "Yes" beside "Online Support Contact" is an Authorized Contact. To designate a user as a Support Center Contact please ensure their record displays "No" beside "Authorized Support Contact" and "Yes" beside "Online Support Contact". This update ensures they will still have access to all the functions of the Deltek Support Center except submitting cases and accessing download corrections.
To determine the number of Authorized Support Contacts your Organization has based on the Support Plan see Deltek Support Services.
