Summary:
Regular Amount column on the Project Detail is blank
Description:
Why is the Regular Amount column blank on the Project Detail report for some but not all users? 
 
Cause:
The Role linked to the user who is running the Project Detail report does not have access to Labor Cost Rates/Amounts.
 
Resolution: 
  1. Go to Configuration > Security > Roles > Accounting tab
  2. In the Miscellaneous section change the drop-down selection for Labor Cost Rates/Amounts from No Access to Full Access.
  3. Click Save.
NOTE:  This change will take effect the next time the user logs into Vision.
