Resolution:
ComputerEase provides the ability of utilizing EEOC reporting that is required by the government. This report can include employees' class, skill level, sex, race and hours worked by pay period.
- Go to Payroll System > Reports > EEOC Report
- Select EEOC District Maintenance and create the applicable districts. If unsure which district the job is in, please contact the Department of Labor in your area.
- Select EEOC Skill Maintenance and create your desired EEOC skills.
- Then, go to Payroll > Maintenance Programs > Employee Maintenance and, for each employee, complete the fields for Sex, Race (both on the general tab) and EEOC Level (on the payroll tab).
- Go to Job Costing System > Job Maintenance > Create/Edit a Job and setup the EEOC district on the payroll tab.
- Enter your payroll for the week and post.
- Run the EEOC report by going to Payroll System > Reports > EEOC Report > EEOC Report. Sort by Job, District or in summary format.
