How to reduce an invoice amount using the Credit Memo feature?
Description:

Resolution:  

  1. Go to Billing > Interactive Billing
  2. Select the Project
  3. Go to the Invoice History tab.
  4. Select the invoice to credit.
  5. Click the Credit Memo button.  
  6. On the Invoice File Selection dialog, select an existing invoice transaction file or create a new file name.
  7. Select Yes or No to default credit amounts from the original invoice. 
  8. Confirm the Invoice Credit form and modify as needed.
  9. Assign an invoice number.
  10. Post the file in Transaction Center > Transaction Entry > Invoices.
