If Enable Revision Audit is selected in Settings > Time > Timesheet Audit, then the Timesheet Audit Detail report (in My Stuff > Employee Reporting) will show all changes made to the timesheet including the date and time that a timesheet was submitted and\or approved. The Timesheet Detail and the Timesheet Summary reports will also show this from My Stuff > Timesheet > Other Actions > Print if Include Revision Audit Report is selected.
