Resolution:
- Go to Reporting > Employee > Employee List.
- Click the report Options.
- On the General tab set Grid Type = Timesheet.
- Select Timesheet Group on the Sorting/Grouping tab.
- Select the following on the Columns tab: Employee Number, Full Name, Status, Timesheet Admin Level, Timesheet Admin Approval, Timesheet-Approval and Timesheet-Group.
- Click Apply.
- Preview the report.
- The report is sorted by Timesheet Group based on the current setup of employee records on Employee Info Center > Time tab.
- If the Timesheet Level column shows Group and Approval column shows Y, the employee is able to approve any timesheets for employee assigned to the group in the the Group column.
- If the Timesheet Level column shows System and the Timesheet Approval column shows Y, the employee is able to approve anyone’s timesheet.
