| Description: | How does a user update the ComputerEase program on the cloud?
Resolution:
The Cloud Team installs the CE updates for customers running the CE program on the cloud. If the user does not receive a scheduled update, it is possible someone in the user's company was still logged into ComputerEase, the evening the update was scheduled to be installed.
The Cloud Team will try a few more times, but if the user's update is not installed, please contact Customer Care. Customer Care can schedule the update to be installed on an evening when all users are logged out.
