| Description: | How does Vision determine whose timesheet a user can view, edit and approve?
Resolution:
Access to Timesheets is given to a user based on the Administration Level that is assigned to the employee record linked to that user. This Administration Level access is set in the Employee Info Center > Time tab and gives access to view timesheets.
Give Edit access to allow the employee to create or edit a timesheet based on the view access. This only applies to timesheets that have not yet been Submitted, Approved or Posted.
Give Approval access to allow the employee to approve an overall timesheet based on the view access. This only applies to timesheets that have not yet been posted.
