How does a user enter the Bill and Pay API credentials in ComputerEase?
Resolution:
 
Important Note: The latest release of ComputerEase, version 22.1.0 or higher, is required to be able to follow the steps below.
 
In ComputerEase:
  • Go to Configure > System Parameters > Accounts Receivable Parameters > Third Party tab.
  • In the Bill and Pay section, select the Enabled check box. 
  • Then, enter your Bill and Pay API credentials from your Infintech/I3 Merchant Solutions welcome email. (it will be the first set of credentials you see on the welcome email). 
User ID is assigned by Bill and Pay and is unique for every company. Please contact the Infintech support number (800-621-8931) if you need help with your Bill and Pay API credentials.
