Can the 941 data be exported to Excel?

 

The 941 Worksheet Report can be printed for the entire year (or a date range) and exported to a .csv file.

To do this, go to Payroll > Reports > Tax Reporting > 941 Reports > Print 941 Worksheet. On Send Report To, choose Export and type in the filename with a .csv for file extension.
