How is a project's charge type changed from Promotional to Regular?
Resolution:
Select Utilities > Key Conversions > Projects.
Key convert the original Promotional Project with a charge type of Promotional from number XXX to number YYY. Note: All that is being accomplished is to create the exact same project with a different project number.
Create a new Regular Project with project number XXX, making sure to place a check in the box Approved for use in processing. Note: XXX being the number of the original Promotional Project.
In Interactive Billing, transfer Labor and Expense (line by line) from the Promotional Project to the Regular Project.
Change the status of the Promotional Project to Dormant.
