ComputerEase has a utility that allows a user to copy the live data into a practice directory. Each time the system is updated and the data is on a different release date, the practice data will need to be updated. During the update, the live data is converted, where practice is not.

Therefore, each time a system update is done, a copy live to practice will need to be executed.

 

Create a desktop shortcut icon for copydata application in your computer:

Double click on copydata icon from your desktop: Make sure you keep the checkmark on Overwrite All Files? Box. No need to Copy Attachments, so keep that box unchecked
