Summary:
no access to any iAccess workspaces
Description:
Error when user tries to login into iAccess:  
You do not have access to any iAccess workspaces. Contact your System Administrator
 
Cause:   
The user does not have the correct access rights.
 
Resolution:
  1. Log into Vision as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Configuration > Security > Users.
  3. Select the user record.
  4. Check to make sure the status is Active.
  5. Check to determine the role for this user.
  6. Go to Configuration > Security > Roles
  7. Choose the Role for the user.
  8. Under the iAccess tab, check the appropriate boxes for access for this role.
  9. Save the record.
